I'm ashamed to live in a country where solely legal and execution authorities haven't considered any responsibilities to the lessons from their involvement in the system of injustice.

Legal and execution authorities permanently revoking their obligation to take responsibilities because of their historical impact. Therefore it is a duty for all others to perceive this conscience claim substitutional for the right and execution authorities. This must remain our highest irreversible obligation to all eternity.

Because of our history we must not be silent about blames. We have to designate clearly today's culpable actions and their historical analogies. It is not permitted to hush up culpable actions. We are committed to delegitimize culpable actions today as in the past as also in the future.

Because of our history we are obliged to develop a culture where individuals and authorities have to establish a natural threshold to detect first approaches of repetitions of culpable incidents from the past to ensure that it will never happen again.

Due to the historical burden of the legal and execution authorities we must not allow that required procedures of execution authorities will be processed without a 200 per cent securing of the evidence. This is our aware of guilt to the victims of the tyranny.

Rule of law is a holistic claim and no claim that can be granted or denied in homeopathic dosage. A State or a society can adopt such kind of predicate only, if this claim in the respective area of responsibility is ensured all encompassing.
